MFT Trident Trade Montage: YM Leads a Green Comeback Day (+325 YM Points, Nov 5)
As seen Live on YouTube!
Thursday’s MFT Trident session didn’t start pretty. The first two hours were choppy and red. Then YM took over: 6 winners after 10 AM ET, including a +124-point trade, turned the day green by noon.
Thursday’s results (points per contract):
YM: +325 / -187 points, 6 wins, 4 losses (the market of the day)
NQ: +12.13 / -12.63 points, 2 wins, 1 loss
ES: +6.5 / -8.88 points, 2 wins, 2 losses
GC: no trades
Session: 10 wins, 7 losses, +$1,122.50 day total
Trade of the day: YM at 10:50 AM ET, +124 points on a single trade.
The takeaway: not every session starts green. Trident kept taking its setups through a rough morning without overtrading or chasing losses. When YM started trending, it was in position to catch it.

No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all of which can adversely affect trading results.
